What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?
We accept returns on unworn apparel with tags attached and unused equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and life-safety equipment cannot be returned once opened.

To maintain the waterproof integrity of your gear, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a technical cleaner like Nikwax. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the DWR coating.
